1、外层保护袋

“光波通络祛瘀垫”外层保护罩是采用 600D-900D较细精梳高支纱线交织而成的牛津纺。其手感柔软、悬垂性好、布面光泽感强、防水性能良好，并能保持常年不褪色而日久弥新，外观豪华大方。

2、上下结构

本产品外观上是由上下两个“外层保护袋”系两根长约 2.4 米的长拉链相连而成。每个“外层保护袋”中皆有

一套同样功能的发热套件。因此，本产品实际上是上下同时作用于人体的一种产品。

3、脱卸式设计

外层保护罩的里层下端近 20cm-30cm 处有一根隐形拉链。可将里面的中间体拉 出，清洗“外层保护袋”（由于外层材料为防泼水设计，平时仅需湿抹布擦拭即可）。

4、容易擦拭

由于，外层保护罩是有防水性较强的牛津布制成。一般汗渍、污垢，只要用湿毛巾擦拭过后就能干净。不建议经常水洗。

5、中间体处理

中间体是由 170cm×65cm 的二维碳纳米发热芯片，经科学处理成黑色棉涤复合胚布，再经 0.55cm 或 1cm 绗棉覆盖缝制而成。通电后，不仅能持续不断产生对人体有益的 8μm-15μm“生命光波”，同时还能持续产生相对恒定温度的热能。

6、智能温时控设计

五、使用方法

1、接通电源

第一步：将电源线的“品字尾”与电源适配器对应插口对接妥。

第二步：将温时智能控制器的电源输入端与电源适配器输出端插紧。

第三步：将温时智能控制器的两个输出端，分别与祛瘀垫的两个电源输入端对接插紧。

第四步：将电源线的三扁插头紧紧插入电源插座。

第五步：温时控调节与选择

A、温、时智能控制器的使用方法：

时间、温度显示窗

温度显示范围：为 28 至 60 之间的温度整数值。显示的是发热芯片的实时温度。 时间显示范围：1 至 12 小时整数。显示的是上下两张发热芯片被设定的工作时间。

时间、温度调节键

当显示窗显示的是温度时，“+”、“-”键即为温度调节钮。按“+”加一度，按“-”，降一度。

当显示窗显示的是时间时：“+”、“-”键即为时间调节钮。按“+”加一小时，按“-”，减一小时。

开启与关闭按钮（红色钮）

当祛瘀垫在通电状态下，点击该两按钮，祛瘀垫的发热芯片即开始工作。各负责控制一个发热垫芯片的电流。第一次按一下该按钮。显示器显示上次被设置的温度，随即转为显示即时温度。再按一次该按钮，即为关闭，显示窗不再显示。

时间调节键

中间这两个标有时钟的按钮即为“时间调节钮”。上下两个钮，分别控制着一个发热垫芯片的工作时间。当第一次按下这个按钮，显示器则显示的是上一次该发热芯片被设定的工作时间。需要增加工作时间的，即按 “+”键。需要减少工作时间的，即按“-”键。每按一次“+”、“-”键，为增减一个小时。

B、时间设定

⑴以使用者自己感觉舒适和需要为度；

⑵一般情况下，建议初使用者春夏秋三季中大汗时间每周二至三次，每次一至三小时。但是，虚弱者初始应以半小时大汗为起点开始测试，日后根据适应程度逐步增加；

⑶不出汗或微汗，可以设置更长时间。甚至整夜都可以使用。

C、温度设定

⑴可在 28CO 至 55CO 之间，根据使用者自己感觉的舒适度和需求时长为度；

⑵建议每周 45 度至 55 度之间的高温端使用二至三次，每次时间控制在三小时以内（因人而异）；

⑶40 度以下温度（根据气温和适应程度选择需要的温度）可以每天使用和整个睡眠时间都使用。

2、躺入前的准备

⑴接通电源；

⑵检查或调节温度和时间；

⑶建议喝一杯水量不低于 300ml 的温开水；

⑷穿一套吸汗的衣服。

3、躺入后的注意事项

⑴准备出大汗的时候，须将拉链全拉到两边的顶端。但是，不准备出汗的时候可以敞开拉链；

⑵为增加温升速度和节省电能，在使用高温时，可以在祛瘀垫上加盖被子或毛毯；

⑶建议平躺；

⑷建议全身放松，摒弃遐想，入睡为佳。

4、出垫注意事项：

⑴虽然刚出祛瘀垫出来时，可以有很长时间“不怕冷”。但是，由于人体毛孔都敞开着。为防寒气入侵，影响效果或因此生病，一定要注意防风、防寒！

⑵不急于洗澡，应该立即用干毛巾擦干身上汗水并换上干净衣服，等半个小时左右洗澡为妥。

⑶喝一杯温开水。水量根据自己需求。

六、禁忌

1、重病虚脱者不宜使用

凡正高烧者（40CO 以上连续高烧）、癌症晚期已极其虚弱者、出血症患者或有出血症倾向的患者、严重低血压患者、心功能不全者、肾功能衰竭者和腹泻、中暑、及一切疾病引起的重度虚脱者和生命体征明显虚弱者皆不宜使用。

2、过度饮酒、疲劳伤身者不宜使用

过度饮酒至神智不清者、过度疲劳有生命之虞者或过度服用镇静剂者均不可事用本产品。

七、注意事项：

1、请在使用本产品之前，请务必阅读仔细阅读本产品说明书。

2、本产品不可折叠或在褶皱时使用。

3、不得将本品直接交给没有自理能力或婴幼儿或对热不敏感的人使用。

4、不得在本产品受潮情况下使用。

5、虽然，热能活血化瘀已成人们普遍认知。但是，从舒适度更佳的角度出发，我们还是建议初次使用者应从 35 度开始逐步适应 45 度以上高温。循序渐进不操之过急。

6、极度饥饿者或饭后半小时之内者不建议使用。

7、为保持产品内部整洁，建议使用者在使用本产品时最好能身穿较为吸汗的棉质内衣。

8、除内衬布可拆洗之外，其余部分均不建议自行拆洗。

9、本产品安全使用期为三年。
